These connectors do not have the locking metal tab that prevents the male and female electric ends from pushing out of the vinyl holder. It is very difficult to make contact while trying to plug together. I will not be able to use this product for the intended purchase to connect an electric automotive fuel pump. I believe the electrical connection will fail due to poor design. These make work for a science fair project but not in the real world.

I often build control circuits and there are times when I need to disconnect the controls, sensors, and boards. I find the Lsgoodcare connectors to be sturdy and reliable. To simplify the process of splicing the wires to the connectors, I started using the Kuject Solder Seal Wire Connector Kit. This kit has special splices that have solder inside and melt over the bare wires using a heat gun. It has been incredibly helpful in making the splicing process easy and efficient to complement the connectors.

First time using these. No instructions but figured out what to do after trying the first one. It’s fairly easy to use once you know what to do. Best to take time when working with these. The clips feel sturdy and connected well.
I soldered the connections as well as crimped it. Had to use some liquid electrical tape where the wires enter because of of how my wires were connected.
As for waterproof I’m not too sure as I’m not willing to test it like that.
Overall I like these.
