I purchased these for a 2013 VW CC sport sedan. They are too thick to place the caliper back on. My fault waited beyond return window for install. Double check your specs before purchasing. It’s does say this will fit many CC’s however not mine.

Perfect match for a Mk6 GTI. Good packaging and exact fit. Includes new springs, a packet of lubricant and a sensor connector on one of the pads. Surprisingly, this kit was priced lower than many aftermarket alternatives.

I wish i could give it a five stars. The brake feels great, I changed them with the routers together. BUT, be mindful, CHECK the sensor before you get everything set up. My first order, the sensor does not work, the “brake wear” light was on the whole time, but I didn’t know until I have installed everything. When the replace order came, I install the sensor first before I take off any other parts (just plug it in with your car first) and it work. So now i have to redo everything from the beginning but at least i know the reason why.

I installed these front (and rear) pads on my 2007 Passat. They are an exact fit and they provide outstanding stopping power…better than OEM. Some may not like the initial “bite” of a semi-metallic brake pad, but I think this is how they should feel. The original pads are semi-metallic. These pads have a good bite and they will stop you very quickly and smoothly using only moderate pedal pressure. I don’t know much about the brake dust these will produce, but I am really not concerned due to how well they stop the car. All brake pads produce dust, and I would rather not trade better performance for less dust. I was concerned about the lack of reviews for these pads, but I can highly recommend them! If you want pads that will stop you quickly and confidently, you will like these pads.

*Great great pads*. I made the mistake of installing pads that came with my rotors (cheap pads) and after months of squealing every time I was on the brake pedal decided enough was enough. These went on a 2008 VW Passat front and back (sold separately). Nothing better than backing out of the driveway in the morning without hearing that terrible brake squeal. Also not seeing much dust at all, which I could live with but even better!

Update 12/13/2017
I have over 35,000 miles on these pads over the last three years. Still have life left on the pads and could probably go another year. Still stops pretty good. No complaints. Wore evenly. I will replace both pads and rotors in the spring.

Build quality looks really good. Fits many VW front brakes over the years. Came with brake lubricant. The one with wear sensor should be installed at left inner location.
Update (May 2014):
No problem so far. Quite. Brake rotor replaced at the same time. Also bosch QuiteCast. Amazon’s vehicle fitment guide is not so good. You can always refer to Bosch website catalog.
Update (Mar 2015)
There is some brake dust. It’s kind of in between no dust at all and BMW OEM pad level. There is noticeably dust on rims. Probably more dust than ceramic pads.
