the directions are at best vague , the pictures are horrible , use the paper to start a fire
then watch a u-tube video on the installation , also you will need a oem puller/compressor to remove the
horn disk

Exactly as advertised and expected, special steering wheel tool required to compress horn contact spring. Solved starting problems caused by faulty built it anti theft device. After installation and reprogramming key truck starts every time. Thank you!

This ignition lock cylinder housing was a perfect fit on a 1999 Chevy S-10 pick up where thieves tried to steal the truck and ended up breaking the plastic gear inside of the ignition lock cylinder housing. I had to look up a video on removing the steering wheel in order to get to the ignition Lock cylinder housing, but the paper instructions that came with the part were easy to follow and helpful for removing the old cylinder lock housing and installing the new one, as well as training the passlock system to accept the new sensor. high quality part almost identical to the OEM part that I removed. Excellent value. Performs as good as the original.
