Installed in a 07 Bmw 328i-rear driver window. Man it was so easy, watch some Youtube video’s and get at it. I bought this at a reduced price, I guess it was a return. But part was new, still sealed in the plastic. I like saving money

I ordered one off rock auto and the bolts on the regulator were not matching the original nuts. This one matches! Exact fit. Will install and hope it lasts. Its identical to stock. So bmw people… I’m talking to you… we all been there when we roll the window down and hear the plastic break and fall in the door. Bull sheet right? Anyway.. this part is legit. If you are wondering weather to spend 116 bucks or more and get a euro spec one or 65 bucks on amazon.. this one is great. You wont be disappointed. Also, to the people experiencing window bounce when rolling up and it goes down for a bit and then up… you need to watch YouTube on how to reset your windows. It’s easy. The problem is not the part.. its the window not knowing where it is. Cheers

Works, very cheap. This brand new one. On the very first roll up till now 2weeks in, heard the cables crunching when it starts to roll up. So I put a whole lot of grease in the mechanism. It got a little quieter. But waiting any day now for it to break. An yes I’m a professional installer.

2006 BMW 330i
I installed this after the cable snapped on the factory window regulator and it fit perfect. Everything lines up and it is exactly like OEM. The only caveat is the auto up will not stay up. It will get to the top and roll back down. I rarely use the function so it is not a deal breaker and I can live with it since the price is a quarter what BMW wants. This is a very easy repair. Only tools you will need are a T-20 torx, 10mm socket and ratchet, wire cutters (if the cable is wrapped around the motor like mine was), trim removal tool or a flat head. That’s it. Save yourself $600 at the dealership and do this yourself in 30 minutes. There is a great video on YouTube that is step by step and it is impossible to mess up. I’m not the most mechanically inclined and I was able to do it myself. Murphys law struck and the driver side rear broke the same day I replaced the passenger so I ordered that side from this seller as well! You can do this yourself!!

Item to be used in a 2008 BMW 328i back passenger window. The original regulator went out. Ordered this item and works great. Took about 30 minutes to install – and that includes removing the door panel and placing it back on. Motor sounds great – not loud at all. Window goes up and down smoothly. Pleased with this product and grateful it was available for installation.

Works as advertised. Easy to install(once you get that hard to get window snap that is BEHIND the window. So get some small hands to help. Replacing it takes about 1/2 hour. 3 hours if you can’t get that plastic piece to release window and have to break it off and not break the window.

Bought it on January 7th 2024 and installed it shortly there after.
Today it broke so now I have to tear the door apart again to change it out.

It only lasted 6 months and the window fell down while the car was parked. It is expensive for the terrible quality.
