These springs are very firm, and I wasn’t able to install them by hand. I am currently running 26 lb springs, which were also a pain in the butt to install, but somehow I managed. They are much beefier than my 26lb springs, and look like they will work just fine. It’s nice that they come with the retainer caps and locks, because those things can go flying off into a black hole if you’re not careful. If I do manage to get them installed I will revisit this review.

Do not fit any retainers I have tried yet.

These springs seem to be more than 36lb I have installed a bunch of 37lb springs and these are a good bit stiffer and a small diameter had clean up the top edge with a die grinder for the retainer to set properly.

The valves and caps don’t fit and are poorly machined. The intake seal is crazy tight and barely installable. Only good thing is the springs.

The included retainers do not fit the springs. They must be machined to match the spring ID. Other than that, they work fine (after machining). Unless you have capability and equipment to machine the retainers, do not attempt to use. You will have a valvetrain failure.
