Works perfectly for me, I noticed that some people mentioned that they are throwing an engine code as soon as they start, I’m gonna have to say from experience that I have done that before too on a different vehicle because I either put the Mass Air FlowSensor in backwards or forgot to plug it backafter being installed.
I’ve been looking at getting a k&n full air kit, but I didn’t want to throw in a $300+ full intake system and have regrets because my car is a 3.5l CVT transmission.
So I bought this to test the waters on my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder aka, “path-slider” and I have to say that I really do like this.
I will be saving up in the future to buy the full air intake system from k&n with the heat shield and smooth pipe to the throttle body.
But thank you specture for giving me a budget friendly way to test the waters and also have it to test on my other vehicles.
I would recommend getting this if you are interested in a more aggressive sounding engine and wanting to stand out from the crowd and feel like a true “fast and furious”
😀
✓Side note for you other car lovers, remember that it’s important to have cool air and not too much “heat soak” you may get more power you may lose power but your car with sound like a total BAD ASS!! 😎

First off, i want to say that in theory this is a great product. It’s inexpensive, versatile and practical but in terms of application, it falls short.
Complaints:
1) The product is a soft aluminum, I would have expected a stronger aluminum or more preferably stainless steel.
2) the welds are okay, but the bolts included in the packaging are not long enough to seat the adapters. Had to use the screws from my mass airflow sensor to mount the adapter to the sensor plate. This of course retapped the sensor plate since the threading was different. It did work but it was a surprise to see such a misappropriation of materials.
3) the Finish is sharp and rigid, I would have expected them to round off or at least smooth out the ends. The one end actually cut into my pod filter during attachment.
4) A little nitpicking, but I would have appreciated a mounting Loop welded to the adapter to secure the filter onto the fender or other mounting points on the car.
With all that said, the adapter did fit the mass air flow sensor for my 2009 Subaru Legacy and the short ram intake was functional.
This product would work for someone looking for an inexpensive option, but I will be returning the product and going with a more expensive/cleaner option.

2007 Subaru WRX- I read reviews, some good- some bad. But for me, it arrived two days after ordering. Parts came inside a soft black pouch neatly stacked within each other like cups- then inside the box. A+ for packaging. Polished/ shiny, scratch-free aluminum, clean cut on both edges, came with all the parts I needed for installation. (3) sets of different length screws, (1) rubber O-ring, (5) Mass airflow sensor attachments for different set ups and (3) different sized inserts for perfect fitment on various diameter sized intake pipes. Overall a very nice product for the cost. I was actually impressed when I saw the quality compared to some people’s claims and reviews. Photos of the exact product I received are attached. Please be the judge based off what you see here.

None of the MAF adapters fit and screws too short even if I did “rig it”. Complete waste of money. Pay more and get a quality part the first time so you don’t end up with an expensive paperweight!

Item is as described. Unfortunetly although it states fits most gm`s it does not fit 2013 Silverado 5.3 Outside that it looks smart has all the components required,

Fit perfectly in my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT. Had the correct harness for the MAF and is mad out of nice quality metal that hasn’t warped in the 2 months I’ve been using it(and my car did over heat a couple times too, still held shape) if you’re debating getting this over a plastic MAF housing I really recommend you go w the aluminum one as it won’t warp (had a plastic one prior and it ended up warping all over and was causing massive leaks in my system)

Came with everything I needed to adapt my maf sensor into my new intake system. Interchangeable reducers ensured I had no issues with engine lights or rough running!

seems like a good product but doesnt fit the MAF sensor on 2004 525i BMW E60 M54, and again like the last spectre product i tried the threading for screws are not accurate, they get stuck not even half way. only gave it 3 because it doesnt fit

For those who don’t know what this is for, it’s so you can bolt up your mass airflow sensor properly, for when you swap in a cold air intake, and it works perfectly for that, Installed it on my Pontiac Vibe, and the car ran perfectly fine, and gave no codes in regards to mass air flow.
