This device works wells. My iPhone 12 max pro hold perfectly on the device. The neck part is really hard to get out and doesn’t move with ease.
The suction works well but I notice that when it’s on a flat surface. It will keep trying to keep its suction and there is no way of stopping it for making that noise.

Everything about it seems nice. I think for most people this will absolutely work. It seals nicely to smooth, flat surfaces and takes quite a force to unseal it. The hinges are perfectly stiff to stay in place once you set it. However… I wanted to use this to mount on the backside of a Tesla screen. Those with a Tesla, you’ll see at the end why it won’t work. The rotation joint that attaches the arm is too loose for an iPhone (16 pro max with a barely-there case). You’ll need to fully extend the arm so that the phone sticks out from behind then Tesla screen, and it just can’t handle the lever-arm forces—so it rotates immediately with very gentle road bumps and disappears behind the Tesla screen. I wish there was a way to tighten this one joint, but there is not. I suppose I could hit it with some super glue at that joint. But then it’s fixed forever.

Anytime i try to put my phone on it the suction lets out. Like you can hear the device remove the suction without me pressing the button to do so. So pretty much defeats the purpose i bought it for as it does not work. But the magnet is strong.
