Strong and sturdy. Got it to hold a large off-road whip flag and I can even put my GMRS antenna on it. Perfect fit, held up to some serious offroading. Does not rub the tailgate at all. Definitely a great buy!

This antenna mount perfectly fits my vehicle as described. For my purpose it’s better than drilling any holes. Also it’s works far better than a magnetic setup

The holes are not drilled right for 2024 Colorado. Will have to modify wity new holes and paint this myself. False advertisement!
Edit added after install:
To give you an idea of what you’ll need to do to fit this on a 2024 Colorado.
Drill two brand new holes further up which lowers your mount about 1″. The pre-drilled holes are not far enough apart and there is not enough metal below the small screw hole at the bottom to just make another one lower down.
On top of that, if you mount it with the black washer on the tailgate latching stud outside of the bracket, then the thickness of the mount puts the end of the stud too far out and won’t clear the receiever in the tailgate. So you’ll need to take the washer off, put the bolt through the mount and then put the washer back on. This scares me because now all the pressure keeping the mount to the truck as far as side to side pressure is on the tiny screw that goes into the taillight.
Well once the mount is behind that washer, now the mount isn’t in the right place to clearance the tailgate. So you need to take the mount off an on about 30 times and go back and forth to a bench vise to bend and twist the mount so that it matches the profile of the side of the bed as well as the angle of the top of the tailgate. When doing this you may break the plastic clips the two plastic studs on on right side of the taillight slip into and then you’ll have to replace them as well.
1000% not worth the effort and is a complete waste of money. Do not buy this mount, and definitely do not buy this mount so it arrives right before you’re heading to the dunes and have to make it work.
Linskip if you read this, I can not return this because I won’t get another mount from you or any other company in time for my trip. I will not change my review because it is 100% accurate. But if you want me to not trash your company to all of my friends then I would appreciate a refund as I spent 2 hours fabricating your bolt-on item to work.

Easy install, half the price of the rago, looks decent. I live next to saltwater so excited to see how it last I have a Chevy Colorado bison 2019

Just arrived tonight with no instructions. Its not difficult. Routing a wire will take much longer.
During install you have to completely remove the post for the tailgate latch. Not a big deal. It requires t-45 bit. The nut that retains the post is free floating, I didn’t even need a wrench on the nut just the t45. Finger tight with the one Philips head screw not reinstalled makes lining up so much easier. The post slightly rubbed on the latch until it was fully tightened.
Align, tighten t45, reinstall tail light (if routing cable behind light, notch tail light 1/4ish off the corner to allow proper fitment when reinstalled)

the hole to mount your antenna if you are using the standard stud for 3/8 x 24 is too small for the hole predrilled, you will have to add a washer, and also the nylon bushing slides around as its too small.
