So far so good. Amazingly fluid viscosity at cold temps, yet excellent performance at high temps. The thermal performance was the driving factor behind choosing this lube, as the application is a Ford transfer case that has limited (1/2 quart) capacity, and reaches temps in the 200’s Fahrenheit. There are probably cheaper offerings/brands with comparable performance, but given that my application only requires 1/2 a bottle the cost was a nominal difference.

I just put this in the differential of a 23yr old motorcycle. It’s the superior choice, and I’ll probably never have to add it again. I’ve always had great results using Mobile 1 synthetic products.

Got this from amazon, It came in original box and wrapped in plastic, the plastic was stretched and was a little dirty from a garage. I put some on my truck two months ago and they’re without a doubt the best product I’ve installed. My f150 got these and I honestly wouldn’t buy anything else. Please keep in mind I’m aware there’s better products available at much higher prices but I’m not a race driver on a closed course, neither is half the folks who run them but that’s their money, but for my money I refuse to buy cheap off name brand junk, and draw the line at really high priced stuff that earned their reputation from spending money advertising rather than research, I usually go with mid priced stuff such as these and I found a real gem with these, I’d definitely recommend this to someone!

Good reputation and nice product. I have had to be in my differentials for different reasons and impressed by how clean the oil remains. The oil remains clear and clean with no burnt smell. Lastly, the bottle design allows east filling even in difficult positions. Would buy again with confidence.

Diff. oil does need to be changed, old thickened diff oil/grease will use more fuel to turn the thousands of times it spins for each mile driven. Changing your old diff. grease helps to dump all the old metal grindings out, and putting in fresh easier turning synthetic diff. oil makes it all work better and cooler too. Differentials either front or rear driven are very expensive, help them last a lifetime, change the grease.
Use synthetic grease, you will get better gas mileage, and it lubes gears better too.

I put Mobil 1 75W-140 Synthetic Gear Lube in my Honda SXS front and rear ends. Using factory OEM gear lube gear lube the drive gears were noisy. When it came time for scheduled lube change I went with Mobil 1. Glad I did as less noise and it feels like somewhat less vibration.
