Not bad. Kinda wish it came with a 45 degree cable to plug into the charger but that’s not a major deal if you set things up to not hit the cable when placing your phone on it. Will not work with CarPlay (with USB cable plugged into the CarPlay port) but it didn’t say it would either. It will work with a USB adapter. So if that’s a dealbreaker, you may want to look at other products.
As a charger, it works good. It has a great range of motion to adjust it however you want. The magnets are strong and it feels sturdy when mounted (has a decent cleanable mount adhesive on the base that sticks well when applied to a clean and warm dash). It will fit just about anywhere there is a flat spot big enough to place it and you can adjust it to where it blends in with your car and is hardly seen.

Purchased this for my wife but she beat my to it and it became mine. That said I couldn’t be happier with my new phone mount the magnet is strong and charges my iPhone well. This thing is heavy you can feel the quality of materials used installation was a breeze very straightforward. Feel is was well worth the money the all metal construction feels sturdy.

Followed instructions exactly and attempted to attach my phone more than 24 hours after application as suggested and within 2 hours of use it completely detached from my dashboard and would not re-attach. Very disappointed!!

I have to say this product is top notch! Very study, chargers fast, and phone never moves once attached to it. I had a minor issue with the first one I purchased but customer serviced fixed it and even sent me another one to test. Follow the directions on installing it and you will love it once it is in place. One thing to note is it requires 3.0 charging which most American vehicles do NOT have, so make sure this item is compatible with your vehicle as well as your phone. I will be buying more joy room products and their customer service is 2nd to none. Thank you joy room for a great product!

Update: customer service reached out to help trouble shoot and I used a fast charger instead of the one that came with the kit and it works now!
It feels nice, the adhesive is great but it does not charge. I had one I purchased from Costco that charged so fast but the silicone does not stick to my dash. I searched amazon came across this one and everything was great. I love how it feels and its sturdiness but I had my phone on it for a 30 min drive and I stayed in the same percentage. It lights up and shows charging but when I grab my phone no movement on the battery charging

This is the one for me!
I had tried a couple of other car mounts for my iPhone. They were both of the suction variety which should cause no damage to any surface. Unfortunately my Prius doesn’t have a surface flat enough for the suction function to work, so they were both returned. Also, one of the mounts would not stay attached no matter how clean and flat the surface was,
After searching for another solution I came across this JOYROOM mount that attaches to the dash with an adjustable adhesive pad. After corresponding with the company and receiving assurance that when the time came to remove the mount I could do so with out damaging my dashboard, I ordered one.
So far I like everything about it. I was able to mount it in just the right place for me to see and not obstruct my view. The mount allows me to swivel and turn it any way that I need……… AND the big bonus is that this mount is also a MagSafe charger for my iPhone! The suction mounts were not MagSafe Car Chargers, simply MagSafe attachable.
Assuming that when the time comes that I need to remove it and no damage occurs (fingers crossed), then I strongly recommend this JOYROOM mount/charger!
