I have Apple CarPlay so while I don’t use the display on my phone while driving, I needed a phone stand I could attach my MagSafe charger to. This one is perfect so far. Just removed the magnet mount that came with the stand and attached my MagSafe charger mount.

I did not buy this for the suction/adhesion of mount to car dash. I have been to two audio/stereo/electronic dealerships for cars and both say that at some point these mounts that adhere via a sticky mechanism fall off due to climate changes and time. I also read this in Amazon reviews for many products like this. What I did like and witnessed was how the phone adheres to the magnetic part of the device. It is flexible and functional and easy to use. Once I experienced this I had the mount screwed into the dash of my car. This is why I am NOT giving this device 5 stars. I do not know the the quality of the suction to a dash but do not want this mount to come flying off 6 months from now when I am dong 70 on the parkway. It is also more compact compare to other mounts which is good.

The product works just fine. It sticks to my windshield and I like being able to remove my phone from the mount with one hand and little effort. However, the plate that you put inside of your phone case has a couple problems.
1) The stickers they provide to do so are barely bigger than the plate itself and are not very sticky. It comes off every time I remove my phone case. That wouldn’t be much of a problem, but
2) The plate blocks wireless charging. I have to remove my phone case when I want to use my wireless charger (which has been all I’ve used for the past couple years.) and when I do so the plate falls out.

This magnet suction window phone holder is the best by far I have ever bought. I use this for a battery for my windshield camera. It is three times heaver then a cell phone. It holds it with no problem. I have others that will not hold on to the windshield. I am very impressed with the magnet hold. The price is also great. I promise you if you buy this one you will not be sorry.

My phone has not fallen yet, so the magnet is working great. Easy to move to left or right, or up and down. Suction to the car dash hold up. Really like it.

So, I never right reviews on products but I have bought 4 of these already for myself and friends. I absolutely love this thing! It works great on my dash but I had to buy a pad since it would fall off after about a month since my dash is not 100% flat but I am so addicted to this thing because I use Marco Polo to communicate with my family, friends, and my team at work. It is better than talk to text and the camera is always facing me so I can communicate hands free. I love that it is a magnet so it easily sticks with ease. I also make YouTube videos in my car sometimes and it works perfect for that too. I love all the Wizgear products and bought my whole team the magnet that fits in the air vent. I dont know how anyone lives without a wizgear product.

Nearly perfect after 3 months. It covers the most important criteria for me very well. 1. It has the cleanest and most understated design I’ve seen, so it doesn’t distract or grate against the car interior design. 2. The gel suction cup holds very well, with no sign of loosing grip so far even in direct sunlight or cold weather. 3. The magnetic hold is noticeably stronger than most, so my fairly heavy new phone is held firm even when driving fast over rough pavement in my car with stiff suspension.
The only slight weakness of the product is that under those extreme conditions the ball joint gradually starts to pivot down due to the force of my phone being shaken. This is really just a design limitation of all mounts that use a single ball joint, which is basically all of them. And it only happens under extreme forces that most people never see. If it holds up for a year, I would purchase it again.

If I could give it more than a 5 star rating I would!! I am an Uber driver, I had a clasp holder and the suction cup gave out after 2 years. I saw this magnetic holder and I thought that is what I want. The mount is small, magnets are very strong it all looks very clean once the phone is attached. I am upgrading to a S10 next week so I didn’t want to attach the metal plate to my present phone, I attached it to the inside of case with 2 strips of duct tape see pic. Put case on and works perfectly. Case is about 1/8 thick. Rotation view to the Uber passenger that wants to view the GPS is very easy. 1st time I cleaned the dash with rubbing alcohol, attached the mount and phone came back in 10 minutes it had fallen. I re-cleaned, attached mount only to dash and let it adhere for 3 hrs then placed my phone on the magnetic mounts, I have used this every day 14 hrs a day for the past 2 weeks, the mount and the phone haven’t moved. I highly recommend this magnetic cell holder for any user !!!!!!

Inicialmente lo compré porque yo queria ponerlo sobre el tablero de mi coche,
sin embargo duró 10 minutos y en un arrancón simplemente se cayó. A partir de ese momento decidí colocarlo en el parabrisas y está funcionando correctamente (De ahí no se cae)
