I would not recommend these drying towels. I detail all of our vehicles, and I have numerous microfiber towels. This set is very thin. Only one side is twisted loop. The other side is the backing to the sewing. The towels roll between the front side layer and the back side, so it is difficult to control. I would save up a little and get yourself something different. I personally like the dreadnought towels.

I like these a lot. They work well generally. My issue is the depth of the pile. It should be a bit deeper and more dense. The back side is also almost rough. These didn’t absorb as well as until I gave them a good wash and used some microfiber soap along with my regular soap. Do NOT wash these with anything but other microfiber towels and dry on a cool or air dry setting.
I can definitely recommend them but watch the back as they potentially could scratch something. The other side does absorb a lot of water but not like my best towels. They do cost about half the price and work about 80% as well so they are a good value overall but not a 5 star product.

These microfiber towels are so soft and absorbent. They are of thick material yet lightweight and feel nice on the hands. I find them the perfect size to roll up and store in the trunk or backseat of a car for convenient grabbing when drying the car off quickly and any other occasion that calls for it. It can be used to dry the car after washing and it leaves no lint behind. A towel that doesn’t leave lint everywhere is lucky. It should be kept with you. It can also be used to wash bathroom mirrors for a streak-free shine.

I love these towels, or should I say, I love one side of these towels. The “fluffy” side of these towels is exactly what you would hope for from a high quality microfiber towel. Super soft, super absorbent and will be super gentle on your car’s finish. The other side is like the backside of a rug, where it is a super tight weave, not soft, and will probably scratch your car if you’re not careful. I really don’t understand why they did that, as the good side is awesome, however, if you’re like me, occassionally the towel will drop on the floor, and with these, you can’t use the other side for drying. You just have to put it aside for washing. I’m scratching my head on this, as it’s as if they finished the first side and said “good enough.”
I would love to give these a 5 star rating, but 2 towels ends up being one complete and useful towel, and that’s really not what most of us think we are buying. Maybe they will make a design change. I hope so, as the good side is SO good.
