Renewed my 24 year old leather car interior to new. Nice and shiny. Would definitely recommend this product again.

I have a 32 Packard, and am sewing the interior. Got some nice leather, but it did not ‘pop’ with a shine. Packards had a shiny look on the leather.
Tried some other products, like Zep, no luck. Griots worked great. The left upper shows 3 quick wipes with a cloth, very glossy and dried very fast, like 2-3 minutes. The right side shows one wipe, the lower part is the dull original finish. This is on new leather. Not cheap, but worth the money.

Have been using this for a few years. Far superior to other products. Works well on my newer vehicles and my old classic. Not greasy.

We bought a leather couch from Goodwill and it was extremely dry because it was previously used as a couch for a screened porch. We used the entire bottle and it did a great job on the leather. It definitely made the couch like new. The wait time is a couple hours between coats which is quite a while. Girots makes a different one where you just wait till it drys before another coat. I have not been able to find that one. Still this worked very well.

A very thick solution that really penetrates into the leather well compared to other leather conditioners I’ve used, specifically Lexol.
While Lexol does have moisturizing agents in there product, after about a couple of days, the leather will seem dry again depending on the condition of it. But not with Leather rejuvenator. Even the oldest cracked leather will seem and feel softer, but it might take a 2 or 3 applications in order for the oils to soak into the leather.
I find this stuff works best on leather couches and recliners at home, including on leather shoes! But not much for the leather car seats, because the leather that is used in your car, is different from the actual leather used on your couch at home. The quality is very different too, and the materials are different. While your home leather recliner (not Bonded Leather, real Leather) is made of a much different hide, and foam padding, the oils are better absorbed by this type of leather with a Leather conditioner, while a leather car seat probably won’t benefit as much since the outer portions of the leather hide have a protective coating to prevent wear so in this case, you could simply use something a 303 or Vinylex to keep the leather clean, and to protect it from the UV damage. The reason why is because the leather in modern cars today are usually mixed with vinyl/plastic elements which eliminate the use of a leather conditioner, especially in newer cars. The older, classic luxury cars from the 1930’s up into the 70’s used much higher quality leather hides and dyes, so in this case, a leather conditioner will help keep the old leather soft and crack free.
But regardless, if your old leather is cracking, or already has cracks. this stuff won’t fix it. You need to get it repaired, or at least try to maintain it so it doesn’t get worse. The best thing for that is probably keeping your car out of the sun, and really being careful how you enter and exit your car.
Heat and UV damage is the absolutely worst thing for leather, Sitting, sweating and moving around on the seat can cause wear as well, but nothing to the extent of dry, sunburned, cracked leather.
This has to be the best leather conditioner that I have used if one wants to really soak your leather in heavy thick oil to help regain it’s moisture. All the other leather care products clean more rather than truly moisturizing from what I can tell. Only use the Rejuvenator every few months or so, as recommended,

Used for steering wheel on a 30 year-old JEEP!
Leather soaked in at least 10 coats, but it is like new again.
Excellent product!

I am disappointed

Not the best leather conditioner/restorer I have used. Too shiny for my needs and did not appreciate the texture it left behind on the surface at it was too sticky for my liking.

I had 50 year old sunbaked leather on the backseat of my car. No, this did not make it feel like a newborn baby but it significantly softened and leather. I would not have believed it. Yes it smells slightly funny but that goes away in a day. No it does not make fake leather smell – it just nourishes the leather. Goes on easily, care and patience rubbing it in pays off. leave it to soak and work its way in and after a month or so of repeated applications the leather will saturate and you will see amazing improvement.
Many, Many new cars have a polymer (plastic) coating over the leather and nothing will penetrate this and soak in. If you drop water on your seat and it beads up and does not make a water spot – forget it!

We’ve used and have tried many leather care products. The 3 in 1 leather care products don’t work if you are wanting to protect and replenish the oils in the leather.
This product works perfectly, we have 6 cars with leather seats from various manufacturers. Two of the cars we store in Arizona so leather protection is critical. Seats always look and smell brand new.
