They are very firm so im planning on replacing the old shocks with some new Bilstein shocks soon also.The new body mounts are extra firm& i imagine will last alot longer than rubber material would last but are cheaper than rubber ones& dont really cushion the ride just ride harder than rubber ones& unfortunatley these are made in China too.

Good quality product; however, the part does not fit a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500. They are two small in length.
