Average Person –
Used sealents for years and most on the market. Most recently had been running the original version, that was not injectable. I just did 2 bikes and was very impressed! The carbon appeared to stay suspended in the sealant. Injected through the presta stem (core removed) effortlessly. These were cheaper presta that just came on generic rims.
It was the cleanest and easiest to use yet! As long as it still seals like Silca’s original version, this will be our new go to sealent. FYI they do warn to not mix this with the original version.

Ordered this on Feb. 22, 2025. This review written on March 19, 2025. Item still hasn’t shipped. Not Amazon’s fault since this was supposed to be shipped direct from the SILCA company itself.

While this product says it’s injectable through the valve stem, it does not come with any tube to inject it. All the other sealants I purchased have a tube to put over the valve stem, and you just squeeze the sealant in. Not sure what they were thinking on this design; maybe use it to refill smaller injectable bottles? If that’s the case, Silca should have mentioned that on the ad page. If you ask Rufus, it says you don’t need any other tools to inject it, but you do.
The most important quality is how well it seals, but since I don’t currently have a leak, I’ll to update this post after I run over a goat head.

Finally with injectible sealant! Only time will tell if it’s actually going to last 6-12 months.

This simply does not work. Did all the tips and tricks, and it didn’t seal. Didn’t seal overnight. Bike shop said there wasn’t anything wrong. Silca support didn’t help in anyway. Check out the pictures of the tiny hole it didn’t seal.

I did two wheels.injected thru valve.No problems.Time will tell how well it seals, but it sure was easier to do.

Ordered this because I have an ebike with 4.0 tires and I suffer with arthritis so Incase of emergency I have this to fill tire with. Can never be to careful and having the right emergency equipment with you is so crucial. I tested it on an old tire tube and this stuff worked amazingly well dried fast easy to use so as far as functionality it’s great. Definitely a value for the money as everyone knows you can’t put a price on emergencies and getting stranded off-road so where can get ugly really fast. Highly recommend as I bought the injection part on eBay a while ago this product is a 1 liter used to refill your injection syringe. Not entirely sure how long this foam will last once used as I usually replace the tube once I use any type of repair . This will stay wet inside tube and if your tube is punctured this foam will fill the hole in tube sealing it instantly. When I tested it In an old tube it sealed instantly and dried fast

It’s likely very good but I don’t know because I have no cap to close the bottle after using it, so back it goes.
