These get really hot! They get so hot they melted the nylon straps I used to wrap around my battery case. I am going to contact the manufacture to find out if these are too dangerous to keep on my batteries. I am worried about an explosion if it over heats my lithium batteries. It is too late to return them but seeing what hazard they pose it might be in their best interest to recall them.

This product has significantly improved the experience of managing Canadian winters. Maintaining a warm battery in cold weather is crucial for ensuring reliable starts in temperatures as low as -30°C. I have found that a warm battery often performs better than relying solely on a block heater. It is essential to have the ability to start the engine in cold conditions, and this solution effectively facilitates cold starts. The product fits well on the battery of my Toyota Tundra, and I utilized additional zip ties to enhance its neat appearance. Overall, it is an excellent product.

Slim design that is perfect for installing in most modern battery compartments. Installed very easily in about five minutes. The weather isn’t cold yet so I can’t vouch for how well it works but I’m happy with the product so far. Perhaps I’ll update after a season of using it.

Works great. Keeps the battery warm without turning it into a kettle. Much easier diesel starts in 0°F weather.
