I had never changed the belt sense I had the car and thought it should be changed I took the old one off compared it to the old and realized the old one had stretched because it was bigger than the new but it worked great

This is not Goodyear Gator series! They were bought out by Continental! Never the less it’s a great product and does not have any noises on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma V6 4.0L truck. Will buy again in future.

Do not buy. Lasted few weeks and shredded.
Wrong item picture. Seller is misrepresenting product. Also, they are faulty products that could lead to safety issues. Installed on 16year old sons’ truck and the belt fell apart. It is not the goodyear gatorback as shown in picture and is a faulty belt product. I ordered a new one and realized at this point the seller is providing the wrong product if viewing photos.
Previous review before realizing seller sold wrong product and broke in 5 weeks. Please use this for size recomendation but purchase a different brand as this is not Goodyear Gatorback and the continental will not last.
I have a 1993 F150 with a smog pump making lots of noise. I have looked online everywhere for a new one but they don’t make this part anymore. Only remanufactured pumps are available and from reviews they are very poor quality with 30-day warranty. I have watched videos with people trying to clean and lube theirs with very limited success. Since these options were not very promising, I decided to do the bypass route. Took about 10 minutes and WOW what a difference. Without the squeaking and banging noises from the smog pump this engine and smooth and silent now!! I was able to leave the smog pump in place with no interference from the belt just route around the remaining pulleys as listed on the diagram under the hood, skip the smog pump. This shorter belt is tight, but it works perfectly.

Awesome belt. The Poly-V Tread design is awesome. I can see this thing lasting a really long time on my vehicle. It looks like it will resist cracking as it has a lot of cut grooves to help with flexibility. My old belt wore quickly and was squeaking so badly that nothing could stop it. The Poly V has been performing great over the last 1000 miles, with not a single chirp. I’m glad I made the decision to spend the extra few dollars to get this belt. I will probably stick to these for all of my vehicles from now on. I will update this review if any problems arise.

It works well. I took the deck off to install it and the only complaint is that it makes engaging the blades hard because the belt is tight. But it works great.

Most people don’t even think about their belts til its to late, and when it’s too late that repair is going to cost big bucks $$$, this belt right here is one heck of a product and lives up to the Goodyear name. It’s big, beefy, nice and tight and meant to last. This belt will keep your car/truck running like a new, do yourself a favor and every 50K replace your belt, for the price of this belt it’s worth it.

Greetings, I fix my Ford Bronco, 1990 Bauer, as a hobby. It had developed the infamous Ford “chirp.” This required cleaning the various pulleys AND getting a new belt and belt tensioner. I tried another big auto parts name – belt chirped after 500 miles. Thought it was the tensioner pulley. Cleaned belt by old method used by shadetree mechanics, and chirp disappeared. For 25 miles! Got this belt after reading a Ford Bronco forum. The best belt I have used on the old Bronco! The best! Quiet. This belt has a different “tread” pattern that works with older pulleys on a/c, p/s, alt, etc. Highly recommended. Best regards to all.
