My husband said this is just the thing he needed in our TJ Jeep Wrangler to hold the battery in place. It fit well and worked as expected.

This battery hold down is much heavier than what comes with my vehicle. I have a 2007 Ford and they have a lousy design when the rod is threaded into a nut. The rod corroded after six years. Their replacement is very costly. I rigged the battery in the past so it would not move. This is a much better solution. The way it is constructed it will fit practically any battery out there. Very well made and easy to adjust.
