Configuration is a little quirky. If you set the battery type to lead acid, configure the min and max voltages it all looks good but if you change the battery type then go back to lead acid the max voltage stays at the other battery type and even though you can scan through and see the max voltage is what you had set it to, it doesn’t recognize it and you have to enter the setting and exit for it to update. Not a big deal in my opinion.
Not sure how well this display will perform in direct sunlight (waiting for a sunny day 🙂 ). If it is poor, I will update this review.
The photo was taken at the meter’s threshold of 13.3V so it’s within ~40mV according to my DVM (Fluke 8060A)

Best bang for buck I’ve seen yet. Ive been through several battery meters with shunts that always drifted and were inaccurate over time. This comes with no instructions but a simple online search led me to these easy to follow instructions (see attached). Simply tell it how many cells you have and what type of battery and you are done. That will load the proper settings for 0%-100%. I also love how I can set the minimum 0% voltage & maximum 100% voltage manually and it is sensitive enough to give me a reliable accurate state of charge for my golf cart lithium battery pack, I haven’t found any other meter that allows me to do that. Its easy to read and it fits into a standard sized 2″ battery meter hole so i took out my old battery meter and replaced it with this one, no modification needed. I wired it to my key switch so that it comes on with the key, now there is no need for me to ever push the button again because it always remembers my settings. Really hope it lasts, if it does I will be using these in all my future golf cart lithium battery builds.

Il prodotto è di buona fattura,completamente impermeabile e adattabile (montato su una xrv 750)c’è solo un piccolo problema…l’ amperaggio lo vedi solo di notte…alla luce del giorno,non si vede😂😂😂

Wir möchten diesen Voltmeter für unseren Elektro-Außenborder verwenden, da an unserer Batteriebox keine richtige Prozentangabe ist. Wir wollen ungern weit weg der Heimat ohne Antrieb der Strömung ausgesetzt werden.
Da im Winter kein Schlauchbootwetter ist und alles verstaut ist, hier nur eine Übersetzung der Bedienungsanleitung, da keine beilag und bei Amazon nur in Englisch angezeigt wird.

Measurements on lead acid batteries are in line with my multimeter measurements.
For a simple little gauge there’s a lot of customization. Ability to set upper and lower thresholds is more useful than I thought it would be, especially for a battery I’m trying to squeeze the most life out of.
There’s a significant dead zone in the viewing angles when viewing from a lower angle. The product does come with a screen protector on it which many may not notice that can amplify this. Viewing angles from extremely low and all other angles are very nice though.
Not a significant amount of backlight bleeding or anything like that and the backlight isn’t super bright so it’s not very distracting if this were to be mounted in a vehicle or similar location where distractions may want to be minimized.

The problem is to change settings. It has only one button to do everything. That is hard. Long press and short press control are the controls. Nothing else.
Voltage ranges are preset. We can only choose one out of all that is in the list.
This is suitable for specific purpose only such as 12 V or 24 V battery of car.
