The build quality is good. Only issue I have was that directions was reversed. Up was down and down was up. There was absolutely no documentations of any kind. I had to cut the wires going to the motor and cross them so that the windows would move the proper direction.

This window motor fit perfect for my 08 trailblazer. Start to finish job time 20 minutes. I only give 3 stare because the polarity was backwards. Up was down and Down was up. I had to cut the wires and switch them around and now everything is back to the way it should be. Other than the wiring being backwards this worked out great.

I read many reviews before I purchased this window kit and a lot of them mentioned the wiring was backward so the switch worked backward. I was hoping that the manufacturer would have fixed that problem with all of the mentions in the reviews. I was able to remove the wires on the vehicle connector and swap them around and now the switch works like it’s supposed to. Other than that, it was an easy install and it fit perfectly.

dear sirs; I ordered this window regulator and motor and already it has stopped working’i know im pass the window to replace it but its only been month and half.so can your please replace it and I will gladly return the old one,i had to pay somebody to install this part and not even two full months its defective

Not fault of sell but regulator won’t lift window. Installed a local new regulator and window goes up and down like it should.return was easy
