This went on a daily driver so it had to be reliable. It’s been installed for years and still functions like new. Doesn’t loose prime unless it sits for several days. Starts right up every morning and never had a vapor lock issue. Excellent value for the money.

Ok. I put this pump on my sbc 350 this morning. and it works great. to great for some reason it’s putting out 2 1/2 times the psi almost 15 psi. that is way to much for my carburetor which 6.5 is max I can run it. It will blow out my needle and seats. Luckily I only paid $16 bucks. Is it worth it to send it back. I don’t know.

Don’t buy. The fuel pressure is way to much at 9.5 psi. It flooded my carburetor and almost left me stranded. After I installed it and one test drive I could tell something wasn’t right. I connected my pressure gauge and seen the psi was almost double what it should be. Buy the Carter brand fuel pump instead. After wasted time with this one that’s what I went with.

The MF0001 Inlet size is for 3/8″ ID fuel hose. Outlet size is for 3/8″ flared tubing (5/8″ line wrench), same as the inlets on Holley or Quadrojet 4 barrel carburetors and not for the 5/16″ flare tubing Inlets on Rochester 2 barrel carburetor. The MF0020 pump is the 5/16 x 5/16 Inlet/Outlet pump.
