I own a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The factory wiper blades were good and lasted a couple of years through cold winters and hot, dry summers. Then I went through aftermarket blades year after year that streak and chatter from day one. Finally, I decided to spend the extra money and quality, proven blades. Best decision I ever made! Not only very easy to install but noiseless, streak-free! I then bought blades for my wife’s 2008 Honda CRV. She called during a rainshower driving home from work and thanked me for the new blades which in her words: “are doing a fantastic job!” Wish Bosch made a rear wiper blade for her CRV. Maybe they do but I couldn’t find it. A couple tips after installing new blades: (1). clean the windshield thoroughly; (2) before turning on the wipers for the first time, use a garden hose with running water or some other method. Then turn on the wipers with the new blades while the water is running. This always helps to insure that the blades sweep across the windshield with less friction and without foreign matter for the first time.

The hinge was very stiff initially, and prevented the blade from matching the contour of my windshield (which left large streaks in areas that it didn’t have good contact in). I put some WD-40 on the hinge and then it worked well after that.

Installing is very easy and it looks good on the vehicle (2018 Honda CRV). Most importantly, it wipes clean with no noise or chatter. There is no streaking. I opted for full replacements than refills as plastics deteriorate over time so there is no worry about breakage etc. when using old housings. Go for it.
