The seal gasket advertised as fitting the Wagner 590 Flexio detail sprayer DOES NOT FIT . For a little piece of plastic measuring just 5/8″ and weighing next to nothing, with a product cost advertised at just over a dollar, I was charged a ridiculous shipping fee. When I went to place the gasket in position, there was no way to install it properly, as one can see in the photo. The gasket is collapsed into an oval and does does slip down into the proper position. I began the refund process, for which I’m unsure if I will be refunded the full amount, shipping included. I was sent a shipping label to return the gasket at no charge, but have not had a reply to a chat message to inquire as to the refund amount and whether or not the correct gasket exists. To merely replace this one that was sent will not solve the problem if it is the same size. I still need a gasket to operate the sprayer and so t know where to turn as the product number listed by Wagner matches the one I ordered.
