It was a simple installation. Follow inclosed directions and easy breezy. It is of the same quality as the original and wipes the window clean. Price was 40% less than the dealer wanted. It arrived in 2 days and was in a well constructed box .
I did not need a puller because my original had a crack which allowed for it to come off. Any decent sixe gear puller would work if your original; is stuck on. make sure to take a wire brush and clean the motor shaft before slipping on the new wiper. It helps it go on deeper on to the shaft and hold better. Just some advice

This is such an easy do yourself job. With zero experience, you can easily fix the arm of your rear windshield wiper. this fits a Mercedes GLE 2018. So easy
