Not a good idea does not work on a lot of batteries if your battery is dead, most likely you will not start your car

Not only does the product feel cheap, it also does not work. Not only that, but it actually did damage to my truck. The fuse popped twice in this unit and still was unable to start. After I jump started my truck with my wife’s vehicle, I noticed my security system no longer works. This one is one to avoid.
