Purchased this product to do an oil pan replacement on my daughters 2007 Saturn Ion3. The factory oil pan doesn’t come with a gasket. I utilized this as the gasket/seal between the engine and oil pan and it has held up well. I checked the oil pan after a few months and found that there were no leaks at all. After only using a small amount of the tube, I was able to utilize the tube again for another project. I was very surprised that it had not gone bad after months. Recommend following the directions on the tube when utilizing this product and you will be satisfied with the outcome.

Item is missing the plastic applicator that was supposed to be attached to the tube when it was shipped. I have no way to use this product, and I’ve heard nothing back from customer service at the JB Weld company.

Can’t close the top once it’s opened so you either need to use it all or waste it.

No complaints. Worked as well as permatex and it was a bit more affordable. I’d also note that getting this stuff in a caulking tube is pretty much the best thing ever! So much easier to control than those stupid tubes!

We used it to seal layers of rubber in a small pond we’re building. After 24 hours it made a good waterproof seal
