This is exactly what we needed! We weren’t expecting this kind of quality though! A nice and pleasant surprise to see how heavy duty quality this primer tool was! Highly recommended
Alan –
Ordered for Chevy 350 but tool would not reach to engage oil pump. Trashed and used shaft from old distributor.
Pcfixer –
Building an engine for my 87 Corvette and this was just what I needed to pump up the lifters. Worked a lot better than an old distributor with the gear removed, I’ll say that much.
Micki S. Clark –
Needed for an SBC project. Does exactly what it should, straight forward. Essential tool for older engine work.
Marc Bucnis –
The primer looks great but piece is too tight to fit on the other piece. I think the anodizing process made the tolerance get tight.
It still works and maybe after being worn down a little it, will fit properly.
All in all, good product.

This is a sturdy, well-constructed oil primer. It worked flawlessly with my 1970 Chevy 350 engine, and since the GM engine blocks of that era use the same distributors, this will also fit Buick, Olds and Pontiac blocks of that era. Connected easily to my drill and I was able to prime the entire engine.
