I ordered this engine air filter at the same time as the cabin air filter for the 2012 Fiat 500. They arrived within a few days of ordering. The two filters were in their original thin cardboard packaging, then sealed in a plastic shipping bag, but luckily they arrived undamaged.
I prefer to buy American-made, but these are made in China. The engine air filter is decently made, has plenty of dirt-trapping pleats, and a thick rubber gasket surround. After removing the pop-off engine cover, I used an 8mm socket to remove the three long hex-head screws to remove the engine air filter housing cover. There isn’t much clearance for this, so a low-profile ratcheting wrench would have been handy. I removed the old filter, vacuumed out some leaf debris in the housing, and replaced the filter. Reassembly was just wriggling the filter in, aligning the housing cover, installing the screws, and popping the engine cover back on. It’s hard to believe some of the prices that car shops want to charge for this operation!

This filter is good quality and a good price. It fit fine in my Fiat.
