This fits perfectly on my gen 2 (2001-2006) GMC Yukon. Sturdy and with a quality finish this tray securely holds onto the battery.

This tray is completely sturdy & should last another 300k miles on the ole Silverado. 10min install..would have been 2min if I hadn’t spent 8min getting the old bolts loose. Fits 2004 Silverado SS perfectly.
Jacob Watkins –
The fitment was perfect, and all holes aligned to factory specs.
adam –
Good product and half the price of the identical brand and part number at the parts store. Easy installation once I cut out the rotted bolt heads. It would be nice if this tray came with all new bolts.
Stephen –
Fit perfect and looks great. Great replacement

this tray went in very easily. It was the old tray and bolts that did not want to come out. One suggestion if you are doing this job is get all new bolts and throw the old ones in the trash. because they sit under the battery, they are all going to be corroded and rusted and I had to drill some of them out and use an Easyout to get them removed. A good nut buster spray would help also depending on how bad yours are

I put this battery tray in a 2001 Chevy Sliverado 2500 HD. About 30% of the original tray had rusted away. This replacement tray was just a hair wider than the original, and therefore it presses against the windshield washer container, but it doesn’t press too hard. All but one of the bolt holes perfectly aligned with those in the truck. I had to elongate the one hole, thereby making it a slot rather than a round hole. I still give it 4 stars, even with these two issues.

Replaced my old rusty battery tray. This fit perfectly. Same specs as original tray.
