2012/13 Thor Freedom Elite 21c motorhome E350 based. The Bilsteins made a great difference. Shocks major difference(ride controlled but not cement truck like). Steering stabilizer is just shy of major(no longer a tighter than loose grip, possibly comfortable one hander). Way more comfortable to drive. I am a commercial driver and my family thought that the crazy ride was my operator ability. I could not get the better half to drive before I installed but my 17yo was game(has a higher understanding of what a larger vehicle with improper suspension components can handle like). Super impressed.

great replacement over OE shocks. If I had to replace the shocks again I would go with Bilstein, but would go with a non HD shock as they ride a bit hard.
UPDATE July 2020: Stay away from Bilstein at least on your van chassis. Had issues with the rubber eyelet bushings failing on all 4 shocks. Not covered by warranty and oh, even better, not serviceable. Jay at Bilstein in NC informed me of this. Says they are vulcanized to the shock and if they fail you must buy a new shock. I started seeing the cracks in the rubber about 18 to 24 months after installing them. At almost 3 years, they are totally failing. Will never buy a Bilstein again nor sell them to any of my customers .

Installed with a lot of work to removed old ones and replace with these new ones. Have yet to road test on a long trip.
The Driver –
Installed these on my 2005 E-450 RV with 40,000 miles. Wasn’t too bad of an install, just a few hiccups but can easily be done in half a day if you’re inclined to turn wrenches.
Now on to the good part… the ride and handling improvements over the stock shocks are phenomenal! These shocks paired with Ingalls Engineering 59400 Alignment Caster / Camber Bushing and an alignment made the RV drive like it should have driven from the factory. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.

Nice ride, Still not sure if they are worth the money though.

Love this shock, My front tires were brand new an showing signs of cupping. It looked like the shocks where the original with 68,000 mi. So I put these on and wow, what a difference. First off, no new cupping (after rotating the tires). Second is the ride is phenomenal. And the flexible boot make the install much easier. 1999 Winnebago Minnie Winnie. Great shocks.

These are great. A huge improvement over the stock shocks. I replaced both front and rear with the bilsteins. The stock shocks only had 45000mi. Truly amazing how much better it goes down the road. I wish I would have bought them a long time ago

Made a huge improvement to the handling on my e250 class B RV. There is almost no body roll, the steering is much more responsive, and the ride over rough road is so much better. A seriously important upgrade for any class B drivers out there.
