Installed today. Will update after the road test. But, package and contents arrived in good condition. All parts were present and swapped with no problems. Everything fit exactly as the OEM parts that were removed at 260k miles
Expecting a much improved ride. 😉

Installed on a 2006 2500hd 6.6 after a flatbed swap. Raised the rear 1.5″ initially then settled down to 1″. Ride is much better as the factory springs are to long/soft to begin with.

I had a hard time deciding first whether I should by these for my daughters 2005 Pontiac Vibe or choose another brand of struts. Boy was I ever glad to get these. The price was right, the part looked very much like the original which lasted to 186,000, fit perfectly (both sides) and was easy to Install. We are a family of Vibes (5 in total 2003-2010) and can highly recommend these struts. They raised the front end back to its original height and rides smoothly (a little soft but smooth). We’ll see how long they last, but overall I’m very happy with my purchase (A+). The car didn’t even need an alignment!

Alot of the reviews say it didn’t fit and they had to drill out holes. However from what I saw none of them specified what year and model they have. Due to that I went ahead and ordered them, I have a 2005 honda civic ex sedan. They came in and I was comparing them to the original, NOT only are the mounting bolts different in diameter, but the brackets are different spec (which is likely why people are having alignment issues), and the thickness of the metal used is noticeably thinner than the OEM parts. These are designed for a Honda Civic 2001-2003 ex OR 2003-2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. A good rule of thumb when buying parts is, if you have to drill out a new part to make it work, it’s probably the wrong part and is going to cause other issues down the road. The shocks and struts themselves seem of good quality and look like on the correct vehicle they would work without issue, just don’t make the same mistake I did.
