Received boxed within another box on time every thing looked great. After opening I found the bag it was contained in already torn open and the plastic arms broke. One of the window clamps will not stay on because a retainer clip is broken. The other clip had looked as though it was broken clean off the rail. Apon further examination the cables had come loose and reworking them seems beyond my capabilities without the right tools. Hoping for a fast replacement as I already have the old one removed and ready to replace.
