- ⚡ Product Specifications: Number of Pins: 4 Pin, Contact Type: Normally Open. Contact Form: 1A, 1B, 1C, 1U, 2A. Contact Configuration: SPST. Rated Load: 1A: 30A-13.5VDC, 20A-27VDC, 1C: NO/NC 30A-13.5VDC 20A/15A-27VDC. Insulation Resistance: 100MΩ. Maximum Switching Voltage: 27VDC. Maximum Rated Switching Current: 30A.
- âš¡ Standard 4 Pin Relay: This car relay operates at 12VDC and uses American Standard 14AWG (red and blue) and 16AWG (black and white) all-copper wires, where the black wire is for ground (85), the red wire is for VDC (30), the white wire is for the trigger (86), and the blue wire is for the output N/O (87).
- âš¡ Reliable Construction: The relay is made of quality pure copper coil and silver alloy contacts, which are more conductive and sensitive, and can provide you with a safer and more stable output current with a long service life. The nylon material shell can work normally under harsh conditions and environment.
- âš¡ Upgraded Configuration: You’ll receive a automotive relay that measures 2.03×1.40 inches with a built-in fuse socket so you don’t need a separate fuse holder. In addition, it also comes with a 30A blade fuse that is more efficient at avoiding overcurrents, making the circuit safer and more reliable.
- âš¡ Universal 12V Relay: Our relay switch has a wide range of applications and is universal for most 12V models on the market. It can be used for overload protection, security system, power door lock/actuator control, control motors and other electronic equipment applications, very easy to use.

I like these due to it coming with a fuse attached so no need to add one to the circuit. Works as designed.

Always great for my 12v auto projects. Aux battery disconnect, off road lights, etc.

I bought this to address a problem with my golf cart charging system.
It is a quality product, worked as advertised. It comes with a 30a fuse, which is overkill for my implementation, but it was easy enough to swap out.
Two suggestions:
First, the leads could be longer, or the socket could be unassembled so that you could make them as long as you need to. I have 2 splices in 2 of the leads because I needed another 5″ to make the connection.
Second, a minor point. While there is a diagram of the connections on the top of the relay and the pins are numbered on the bottom, both are hard to read. A paper diagram with that information would be helpful, especially for people who are unfamiliar with this kind of device.
If you need a SPST 12v relay with overload protection, this is a good choice.

So why did I get this, well the ignition module on my tractor was acting up, I figured it was the ignition relay which is hard soldered on the board. A new board is over $100 from John Deere. So I figured why not bypass the relay on the board and use an external relay like this which is a lot cheaper. So I did, took a bit of wiring and soldering etc. But.. my tractor now runs as it used too. Yes a bit of a Rube Goldberg look but I pretty’d up the wiring.
