You’ll need to connect this to a hose barb if you are running a hose already. These have a hose end which will accept a barb or a smaller diameter hose (which I wouldn’t recommend).
It comes with a worm gear hose clamp for each breather.
The breathers are small in size and black, they look great.

These do their job well enough. I’m using one as the PCV intake filter on my J35. Seems like it’s capable enough at filtering.
I scratched one up installing it, and I can confirm that they’re aluminum at the ends.
