This thing is solid. I wanted something to use in rental cars on vacation. Needed to be removable and flexible since you never know what kind of car you’re getting. This thing delivered. The suction has an extra sticky layer on it. The magnets were powerful for my iPhone Pro. I used this on 3 cars on my trip and never had an issue. The arm extends nicely. Only minor issue I had was the nut that adjusts the arm would sometimes slowly come loose so had to keep it tightened every so often. Pro-tip: if you plan to remove the mount for any reason, save the little round piece of cellophane that you remove from the suction cup so that you can keep the sticky surface clean.

Works very well, bout this to combine it with my specific Audi Q5 center console adapter. Threw away the part of my initial holder that would have held the phone and replaced it with this magnetic holder. Super comfortable, and very easy to adjust to horizontal or vertical. Holds the phone steady and easy enough to take the phone out if needed. Worth the price.

I have a ball mount on the dash of my 2024 Honda CRV. I have various brackets, from automated, and spring-loaded to clamps. After changing cases to accommodate the different mounts mostly due to sizing issues, I found this magnetic ball mount. It arrived within 2 days (Prime) and it easily replaced my existing mount. This was perfect! It indexes with the MagSafe case the same every time. I can rotate my screen if needed, and there isn’t anything that is going to break off. Best of all, I can use other MagSafe cases and it will mount flawlessly, regardless of size/thickness.
I’m going to get the dash-mounted version of this for my wife’s car too. RECOMMENDED!

A very good mount for the price. It doesn’t act as a charger–the MagSafe setup is strictly for holding your phone to the mount. However, the magnets are easily strong enough to securely hold my iPhone 13 in its Apple MagSafe case. The included suction cup adheres well to my windshield, at least in our California weather, so no complaints there. Note that the underside of the suction cup is coated with a sticky adhesive, which may not make this mount the best option for moving from car-to-car. I suspect that I would have to use a putty knife to pry the suction cup loose from the windshield.
The only real negative on this unit is that it is all plastic, so it is not quite as sturdy as it might be. But mounts in this price range do generally seem to be plastic, so it’s a case of getting what you pay for. Just be careful adjusting the knobs on a summer day, when the interior of the car has been hot. I’ve had knobs like these literally shatter and fall apart in those conditions, so I generally wait until the interior has cooled off before I make any adjustments. With those caveats, I would recommend this mount.

I paired this Magsafe head with a phone mount base custom fit to my Mazda CX-5. They work together well. The screw collar on this head is easy to turn, but locks down well so the phone stays where you put it. I regularly drive on bumpy dirt roads, and this magnetic head has kept a grip on my phone and not slipped at all.

The quality is fit. The magnet is very strong so make sure your stand you pair it with is as strong. Highly recommend for a Tacoma if you find 3D printed stand for above the screen.

It worked great for a while but the suction cup part started getting really soft and now it won’t stick to the windshield anymore. It would be nice if they had a replacement for the suction cup.

手帳型のカバーなので磁力が強いということで買ってみましたが、全然マグネットで吸着してくれませんてした。するりと滑り落ちます。試しにシリコンカバーとスマホの間に鉄を挟んでみましたが、全然だめ。
おそらくマグネットと鉄部が何も介さずに直接くっつくものでないとダメな気がします。無駄金でした。
ちなみに到着も４日ほど遅れました。
結局CAPStyleの強力マグネットホルダーを買いました。手帳型でもしっかり、つきます！

First, we tried a couple of different cell phone car mounts. The first one was a wire based one. It was flimsy and the magnet was worthless. We tried another brand with a ball hub configuration, but it would not extend nor would it turn to angles needed.
Finally we tried this one, and it is the ideal car mount, strong magnet, very adjustable – which makes it easy on the eyes to drive and still have access to maps, GPS and other common apps. Definitely worth the purchase. Good quality.
