Very good product, not prefect but solid, even in rough roads, it will wiggle a bit but not move if installed properly. Installed in a F150 2011 in the small cup holder (because there’s small cup holders that you take out of the big ones) see photo. I’m giving a 4 star because I would’ve liked it higher, it’s a little, they should give us a choice. But a great product!

At first, this product will be AMAZING. It’s sturdy and easy to install/uninstall. Its construction at first will seem far better than competing products. Great! Right?
Wrong. This product has a design flaw, or perhaps just lazy construction that could be fixed very simply by the manufacturer.
The problem is that the top (stems that hold the phones) and the bottom (the part that engages the cup holder) are only held together with one screw. This screw is installed at some point early in the construction process so that it’s a mind-bending puzzle to try to figure out how you might be able to tighten it again once these two pieces begin to loosen or come apart.
AND THEY WILL COME APART. I have now owned two of this same product. Both of them have failed in exactly the same way over the course of a couple of months. This product would work well if it was not meant to be used in an environment where it will be exposed to constant vibrations that cause screws to work their way loose… like maybe a CAR.
This could be resolved by the manufacturer with a simple drop of thread locker. One drop. On the weak point of the whole design. Infuriating.
If you can’t tell, I actually love this product. It does exactly what I need it to do, and it does it better than the many other products that I have used. I want this to work out.
So, to the manufacturer: I beg you, please fix this product. 1 drop.
UPDATE
I figured out how to reattach the two halves. You have to remove the pad on the bottom of the base to access the nut that holds the steel shaft on, then you can reassemble the two halves.
But, there’s a bigger problem. When you secure the two halves with loctite the plastic piece that holds the two halves together is forced to take the brunt of any lateral force applied to the upper stem pieces. This plastic piece WILL fail over time. It should have been made of a stronger material than thin plastic. I’ve purchased two of these phone holders thinking that I could find a way to fix their flaws. I was wrong. Bad product. Avoid.

Have always used magnetic phone holders (not sure why anyone wants a cradle one, such a hassle). Wasn’t sure if this 2 arm holder would work but it does! Works Great. Adjustable cup holder mount that retracts or expands to any average size cup holder. I say average size because if I say All, then someone will point out that “back in 1988 wood shop class I built a car cup holder but unfortunately this holder is too small to fit in” YES there are Many review Haters out there.

Would I buy again….YES and already have 2 more on order for 2 other vehicles. It’s nice for me to tell my passengers. Here you can use this holder INSTEAD of me having to watch you dig through your purse Everytime a notification goes off. Lol

Let me start by saying this product began with a great experience. It functions as it was supposed to, did not slip out of the cupholder, and held two different phones while driving. I work most days from my car and this is an essential piece of equipment for me. I bought this in March as I needed a way to balance multiple cell phones while working. I would have absolutely suggested this product however the durability is unacceptable. I have used this for nine months and it literally sits in my car. The item snapped at the base of one of the articulating arms while I tried to adjust it. It seems as though if this is a expected function that it should be more durable. I like the idea, however the quality is so poor that I wouldn’t waste my money again.

This holder works really well and securely holds 2 large cell phones and keeping the phones from excessive shaking during driving. The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the neck length could be a little longer, even an additional couple of inches would be a big help. It does have the longest necks of any cell phone cup holder that I could find but it does make it a little awkward (not impossible) when trying to use the gear shifter. I have an automatic transmission so changing gears is not done frequently but I would not use this with an manual transmission car.
Would I buy it, again? If I couldn’t find one with a little longer neck I would buy it in a heartbeat.

While I will say that after about 13 months of normal use my product broke at the base. But I reached out to the seller and explained my issue to them, and they sent out a replacement immediately with no hassle at all. Great reputable seller that makes good on their sales.

This economical, sturdy, and multi device holder is a super buy! I use this daily in a high vibration environment and this is stable, well fitted and easy to adjust multi phone holder! In a car it does seem to be an obstacle with such a confined environment but definitely would recommend for any truck driver or larger vehicle usage when needing to have multiple devices in easy vision or access without blocking up multiple cup holders! One and done!

Loved the double holder during travel. The passenger side seemed a little loose from day one. The concept is great our phones are out of the way but visible…console is neat. However, 4th or 5th trip the passenger side broke at in the middle of the plastic fitting. Impossible to fix. $47.ish unit worthless. because we need/want a double unit.
