This fit just fine in our 2024 GLE 53 and seems to work ok, but had a few issues with it. First its a little flimsy, so not sure how well it will hold the phone if we hit any potholes. Using it with an iphone Pro Max in a case, but still fits ok, just a heavy phone in a light weight mount. The second issue is one I knew about before ordering which is it fully blocks one air vent when using. I got it towards the end of summer when it was still hot out and blocking a vent was a bigger deal then it is now in the fall. The final issue is more germane to our car the 2024 GLE in that placing it in any vent other than the farthest away vent, blocks most of the cars screen, so your blocking a screen you use a bunch to any another screen. Overall a decent product but if you have any of the above issues I’d probably find something else.
Impressions & Observations –
I got this for my mom who has a Mercedes GLB 250 and she was looking for a convenient place to mount her phone. There are two pieces to this mount, and it didn’t come with instructions, so it did take a few minutes to compare it to the product listing photos to figure out exactly how it went together and attached to the vent, but we figured it out and got it securely mounted. She has been using it for several weeks now and said it is very sturdy and working great for her daily use.

I’d give this 3.5 stars. Maybe it’s because this is my first vent mount, but I didn’t think it was that easy to set up. On my GLC, I had to extend the mount’s hook almost fully in order to get it to latch onto the vent slat. Once it was set up, it felt sturdy, but I’m not sure if I trust a single slat to hold up the weight of a larger phone over time.
When I put in an iPhone Pro Max with a relatively thin case, I think the arms went up less than halfway. It made me worry that the phone might fall out while driving. The mount did seem to hold the phone pretty well though, and the arms did not block the charging port.
Most of the mount seems to be made of plastic, and because of the way the arms function, I question how long it will last.

I have a 2015 CLS and this phone holder fits perfectly. It is very easy to put your phone in and take it out of the holder. I had a different holder that I was fighting with every time I took it out. This one is so simple to use. Fairly easy to install and stays where you want it. Not much more to say. LOVE IT.

I got a couple phone holders for the girl’s newly acquired used glc. This fits the vent. Her iPhone fits in the holder as it should. Other phones fit in it as well. Yes, it blocks a vent, but you should know that even before buying it. The hold is good enough. It’s cheap, but it works well so far.

Phone doesn’t fit if you have a case on so whenever I use it I have to remove my case. But besides that it’s a good product.
