Phone clamps hold tight for iphone with case. Vent clamps occasionally get loose but tightening is easy. Very responsive to automatic clamping and release features. Quick to recharge (USB-C).

Do you have a phone guard or cover? It doesn’t work. I removed the cover and used it.. until the spring broke in a sharp curve and the holder crashed breaking my phone… because I didn’t have a cover of course…

The first one lasted a week, and the second one lasted 32 days, just 2 days outside the return window.
I very much wanted to like this product but unfortunately it failed me not once but twice. Its only function is to hold a cell phone, that is mounted to your air vent. The flaw is the fact that the open and closing of the unit fails, even after repeated full charges. I’d actually give it a third try if they’d replace the second defective unit for me.

I REALLY want to like this and when it works it’s great. I wish I could give it higher marks but I can’t. I do want to give customer service 10 stars. They were very receptive to my review and sent me a different style for free which was not what I was looking for. They then sent me another of the autoclamp style. “When” it works it is awesome however it only works 1 out of 30 times if I’m lucky. I have tried a number of phones and cases and it will not auto close. This is really disappointing because I love the sleek design. I just wish
it worked.
Junk. Will not hold my phone at all falls out constantly.

I charged the phone holder as soon as I received the item from Amazon. But it did not work – The clamp did not move. Big disappointment. The CAFELE customer service contacted me to check if the product works properly. Once they knew that it did not work, they sent me a new unit immediately. It is working beautifully now. Great product and great customer service!
I have tried many car phone holders – spring-loaded and mounted on vent. All of them had problems, such as a loose mount on vent or too tight clamp. This phone holder does not have those issues and is the best one to keep. Very satisfied and highly recommended!

I have loved this phone holder, but it broke due to the plastic surrounding the ball. The twisting nut to lock down around the ball is fine. The pieces that actually clamp due to twisting the nut broke. It has 4 sections that 2 broke causing my phone to fall now I have to find a replacement.
